Ian's Cycle 300 Fundraising Page

Hello All, We all know someone that we have lost very close to our hearts, we all know someone going through or will go through this terrible disease in the future. 2020 has been a year we will never forget, mainly for the Covid-19 Pandemic which has affected all of us in more ways than one. But it has also made us think how lucky we are and given us different ways of dealing with situations. It has also given us time to stop and think what life is really about, in one night all our lives changed not knowing what was going to happen next. But it gave us a chance to communicate in different ways and help others that were left vulnerable and house bound. We became close with family, friends, neighbours & work colleagues, talking and helping one another. In this time my exercise was out on my bike, I do love getting out and seeing new places that you cannot see from your car and when I seen Cycle 300 September I knew I had to do my bit, and what a better way to help the cause. I have myself got the Gene of Breast & Prostrate Cancer and get tested yearly now along with my brother, hopefully none of us ever become positive. So please dig deep and help me raise my target of £200, not a lot but as the big store says Every Little Helps!!!!!
