To raise funds for Cancer Research to help those in need
My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Ian is 68yrs old with learning difficulties and is blind in one and partially sighted in the other, but he loves giving back to the community and supporting others. Last year he raised over £300 to support a young mum recovering from cancer and he would like to raise money again this year to support cancer research to help try and prevent all people and their loved ones suffering with cancer. He will be running 2.5km to raise money for this cause.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
