Hope for all
Hiya I am taking on this very hard challenge, well it is hard for me, as I am a true chocoholic and recently I did the Go Sober UK but actually this is a lot more of a challenge for me, as so much of our foods have sugar in and so I have taken out most carbs and sugar out of my diet, most fruit as they contain some form of sugar. Two weeks ago I started this challenge, to get prepared, as I have been through "cold turkey" with really bad headaches, sweats etc but now feeling great. This is all for great cause, which is helping so many people whom are suffering with the C or have been affected in other ways. Also I just hope it helps my weight lost journey, so far I have lost nine and half pounds. Please help me on this journey, this challenge. Thanks x.
