I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner and show some very strong ladies how much I love them!
My Story
Right now, my cousin is fighting for her life over in Australia. Cancer doesn't care that Hannah is only in her thirties. It doesn't care that she will miss my wedding while she has life-saving surgery (still a bridesmaid!). Cancer doesn't care how sick the radiation makes her or how hard it is for her family to be a world away while she suffers. Cancer doesn't care, but I do. I'm not a runner. I have never even tried a 5k, but I will do this because I have to do something. I am not above begging, so please, please sponsor me now! We are all at the mercy of this cruel disease that 1 in 2 of us will be diagnosed with. Every single pound you donate makes a difference.
