In memory of

Claire Chate-Fawcett

My Story

This time last year I was recovering from an operation for cancer and was barely able to walk up hills let alone run up them! Thankfully, I am back to full fitness and able to run the Race for Life. This year I will be running for my friend, Claire, who recently passed away. Claire was a remarkable person: talented, funny, beautiful, incredibly strong, generous and kind. This run is for her, in memory of others I have lost to cancer, and for those who will benefit from the research enabled due to fundraisers like these. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. xx Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
