I'm cycling 200 miles this September for Cancer Research UK

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 200 page. I've cycled over 3000k this year, and achieved @Strava Local Legend awards 31 times. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 200 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK.

This year, I have reduced my goal to 200 miles, as I had a fall in February two years running, from my bike, and the injuries (the first to my elbow and the second to my knee), took a long time to recover from and were quite painful, so I am not going to overdo it. I am over half a century old, after all...

Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research so please show your support with a donation to my page. Thank you so very much.
