I would like more research to be made possible specifically for Small Cell Lung Cancer
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate any amount to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I would have liked to have chosen SSCL (Small Cell Lung Cancer) as the area for any funds raised to go to, but as this wasn't an option, I have chosen lung cancer and will be urging Cancer Research to use it specifically for SCLC. A friend recently was diagnosed with SCLC and will be shaving his head as he is loosing hair due to treatment. To show support I have chosen to shave my head too and to hopefully help make a difference for anyone who may suffer this condition in the future, I'm aiming to raise as many funds as possible.
