I'm taking part in The Race for Life at Home to help beat cancer

I have run, walked, jogged and sprinted over the last 13 years doing race for life. This year will be different, but ill don the pink for my 14th year of doing this race.

Join me and get out in the fresh air to walk, run, scoot, or do it in any means you can to support this fantastic cause. Please donate if you can.

To all my friends, family and colleagues who have had to look cancer right in the face, this is for you.

If you’d like to join me in the Race for Life at Home community, then sign up at raceforlife.org/race-for-life-at-home
