I'm taking part in Race for Life in memory of my Dad and many other loved ones, and in hope for my Mum and all those currently fighting this cruel and unforgiving disease.

In memory of

Michael Gumley

I’m joining Cancer Research UK's 5k Race for Life for the 18th time this year! My sister, goddaughter and I are hoping to jog our way around the Southend course in a respectable time and raise as much money as we can for this great charity.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please help by sponsoring me if you can.

Thanks very much - we and Cancer Research UK are incredibly grateful for your support.
