Helen's Race for Life 2018
Epsom 5k 2018
Sun 24 Jun 2018
I’m running the race for life for Maisie, Ellie’s school friend, 20 and fighting blood cancer .
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in the Epsom Race for Life 5k . This is the 8th year I have taken part and sadly, every year I run for someone I know, affected by cancer. This year, one of Ellie’s friends Maisie, has been diagnosed with cancer. My Mum and Mum in law are still fighting fit long after diagnosis- I am running to raise money so that more people can get on with their lives for many years after diagnosis. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now, whatever you can manage. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Maisie, this one’s for you.
