Being grateful to have my health and doing something to support others
My Story
I am doing Pretty Muddy for the 2nd year now because I want to show my support to the many members of my family suffering from cancer. From those that are currently undergoing invasive treatment, to those that have completed treatment and survived but have to deal with the impact cancer has had on their lives and their overall health. Thyroid, breast, oesophagus and bladder. I am also doing this as I am fit and able to do so and believe that I should be grateful for every day of good health that I have. It feels good to do good ✌

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
