My Story

My Nan survived breast cancer and was clear for 5 years. Unfortunately after a scan for a heart complaint, lesions were found on her spine and nodules on her lungs, we have upto a year left with her, this is for her and everyone who gets this heartbreaking news. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

CAUSE

Breast cancer

With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
