Raising money & awareness in memory of my amazing Mum and in recognition of my Auntie's bravery now.
In memory of
My Mum and everyone affected by Cancer
My Story
Some of you may recall that I successfully completed my first 5k race last year having never been into running nor having the fitness and body of a 'real runner'! As difficult as it was, it has spurred me on to push myself for bigger things so this time I'm aiming for the almighty 10k (god help me!) so as to continue to raise money and awareness of the terrible disease that astonishingly and very sadly affects 1 in 2 of us in our lifetime. Every single pound you donate will make a real difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so I'd be grateful if you would find it in your hearts to sponsor me. Every penny counts so no matter how small the contribution, it will be gratefully received. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. With heartfelt thanks to those who can support me; I promise to give the 10k my absolute all and not to stop on the way! xx

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
