My Story

I'm doing both the Mud Run on Saturday 15th July and Race for Life on Sunday 16th July. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I'm currently on the breast cancer journey myself and I know first hand how important research is to treat this disease. Whilst on my own journey one of my best friends lost her Mom Lorraine to the effects of chemotherapy and it is in her name I am running in the hope research can be done to prevent more deaths to cancer but also the gruelling treatments that can also take lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
