Being diagnosed with Breast Cancer last June was tough, so the 5k Pretty muddy should be easy .
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy, Team Beagley with my sister Lynda my Sister-in-law Mandy and 2 work colleagues Nicola and Louise to raise money and save lives. I was diagnosed with Breast cancer 29th June 2016, which changed my life forever. The last year has been very tough 18 weeks of chemo and 3 operations ending in a mastectomy. Then 3 weeks of radiotherapy which completed on 21st April . I got through it with the help and support of my husband , family, friends and work colleagues. Cancer Sucks. In 2006 my brother-in-law Andy had Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He too beat it and is doing well now. Cancer is tough, and a horrid disease. So please donate any amount to help research continue their work in finding a cure. Without the research they have already been able to do, I would of not received the treatment I received . 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research Uk's ground breaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
