Being diagnosed with Breast Cancer last June was tough, so the 5k Pretty muddy should be easy .

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy, Team Beagley with my sister Lynda my Sister-in-law Mandy and 2 work colleagues Nicola and Louise to raise money and save lives.

I was diagnosed with Breast cancer 29th June 2016, which changed my life forever. The last year has been very tough 18 weeks of chemo and 3 operations ending in a mastectomy. Then 3 weeks of radiotherapy which completed on 21st April . I got through it with the help and support of my husband , family, friends and work colleagues. Cancer Sucks.

In 2006 my brother-in-law Andy had Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He too beat it and is doing well now.

Cancer is tough, and a horrid disease. So please donate any amount to help research continue their work in finding a cure. Without the research they have already been able to do, I would of not received the treatment I received .

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research Uk's ground breaking work, so please sponsor me now.
