My Story

On Saturday 4th May 2019 I will be taking part in Cancer Research’s Pretty Muddy 5K at Weston Park to raise money and awareness for this amazing charity. I will be running this race in honour of my friend Emmy Coates who sadly lost her battle to cancer aged 31. Emmy was so brave and inspired many with her moving and witty blog and her motto #smileloveandbekind has stayed with me. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
