Mum and Dad
Most of you who know me will know how my life has been personally effected by this horrible disease. I tragically lost my mum to her 2nd round of breast cancer when she was only 40 years old and I was just 5. Fast forward 28 years and 6 days later my Dad passed away from cancer too. Loosing anyone is hard but this disease is horrible thankfully more people survive than 30 years ago raising money for vital research can increase those chances. No matter how big or small your donation is thank you, even just sharing my link can help. This is a major part of my fitness journey but also hopefully healing some old emotional wounds I've carried for a long time by doing something positive. Thank you for reading and for you support.
