Heather walks over cancer for Nana

I am doing the cancer research 10k steps a day for my amazing young at heart Nana aged 85. My Nana was diagnosed with lung cancer in November 2018. She hasn't let the diagnosis get to her and has taken everything in her stride, remaining strong for the whole family. My Nana has always been there for the whole family (takes a lot, as she has a large brood of us) and always puts our happiness before her own. Over the years the bingo crazy lady has tried and managed to convert quite a few of the females in the family in joining her in her favourite game down the local bingo hall. Nana is a well loved regular at Mecca in Beeston and is well known for her very loud "house" calls lol. My Nana is a massive inspiration to me and I am in awe of her inner strength, her sharp witted tongue and how she always speaks her mind regardless of who may hear or be offended. For these reasons I am doing this challenge as a way of saying thank you to her for always showing us how strong she is. I want to show her my gratitude, and my strength, to help her and others fight this awful disease. Please donate if you are able to, it would be sincerely appreciated by both Nana and myself...
