I'm raising money to fund research into the treatment and prevention of cancer.
I'm not sure I can ever face a full marathon in a day, and that's why I've decided to run a marathon in a month. Throughout May I'll be attempting to run 26.2 miles in total, including a 10k Race for Life at Regents Park on 18 May. In doing so I'll be raising money for cancer research. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
