I'm raising money to fund research into the treatment and prevention of cancer.
My Story
I'm not sure I can ever face a full marathon in a day, and that's why I've decided to run a marathon in a month. Throughout May I'll be attempting to run 26.2 miles in total, including a 10k Race for Life at Regents Park on 18 May. In doing so I'll be raising money for cancer research. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
