My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I will be taking part in memory of my beautiful Mom who sadly lost her battle to cancer in 2004. I really hope that in years to come we can find a cure for this terrible illness so that more children do not have to loose their mom's and dad's they way I lost my mom. I would also like to take the time to mention all the other wonderful mom's and dad's who have lost their battle to cancer also. Each and everyone of them were inspirational to their children and they are missed every day! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
