My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to walk 100 miles throughout May to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page, help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. As most of you will know I lost my beautiful mum to this horrible disease a couple of years ago and life just hasn’t been the same without her. Despite everything it threw at her she was brave and selfless to the end and so for her, and everyone else touched by cancer, I would like to raise as much as possible to help continue the fight. With a baby and 3 other kids life is busy so this won’t be easy for me but I will rise to the challenge in return for your kind donations! Let’s continue to battle against cancer and the devastating impact it has on lives and one day we will beat it!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
