Sadly as many of you know; Mum, Vicky, Maddie and i lost our absolute world to Bowel Cancer in January 2016. My Dad (Pop's as we called him) was the most incredible man. He was kind, generous, funny, caring, clever and above all else he was my rock who i looked upto for advice and guidance. He knew everything about anything. Everyone thinks their Daddy is the best but i promise you, no one's Daddy beats mine ? My motivation for doing this marathon walk is simple, my Dad fought cancer for nearly 3 years. He underwent treatment upon treatment which made him feel and look rubbish at times. He never asked to have cancer, he didn't want to wake up every day feeling ill and tired and not be able to do the things he once could. So if he could get up every day and fight and go about his day with the bravery, strength and courage that he did, without a cross word or moan, then i can walk 26 miles. Please, please sponsor me and help us put an end to cancer. I want to do everything i possibly can to help turn that dream of a cure for cancer into a reality. The only way to do this is to help raise vital funds to help the incredible scientists do their research and find a cure.
