In February 2015 my beautiful little sister Nicola at the age of 32 was sadly diagnosed with advanced breast cancer, which unfortunately also spread to her liver & bones. This was totally devastating & heartbreaking to us all & although her prognosis was anything from 0-4 years she continues 2 years on still fighting. After going through 6 cycles of chemo, the results were positive but her prognosis still stayed the same. Then in October 2016 she received some more devastating news...the cancer had spread to her brain. She continues with her targeted drugs & is now taking chemo tablets which has shown that the deposits on her brain have reduced. Despite all what she has been through she is the strongest person I know, her positivity & strength amazes me every day & she is totally an inspiration to us all. We will all keep fighting with her every step of the way & pray one day we will get a miracle that she so deserves. She has an amazing husband Simon & a beautiful little girl Nancie who will be 3 in August. All her family & friends continue to remain positive with her & we will keep making more beautiful memories together. I'm so proud of her & will be by her side always whatever the future holds...I love you Nic with all my heart & more ?
