My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. As many of my family and friends already know, in September 2018, I was diagnosed with stage one skin cancer. It’s the research from charities such as Cancer UK that helped me be aware of the signs and symptoms to look out for. It’s this awareness that helped me to receive my diagnosis at such an early stage so that my own cancer didn’t go any further. It’s research like this that’s given me extra days with family and friends that sadly, in the end, lost their own battle with cancer.
