Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. So, I'll be honest Karl signed me up for this whilst I was still asleep one morning! I have talked about taking part in a race since I started running for fitness a couple of years ago, but I have never had the confidence to go through with it. Karl obviously has more faith in me then I do myself! With what our family has been through over the last 6 years and to all the countless others who are going through the same every day, I believe this is the best race to start with. If millions of people have the courage and strength to fight cancer I am sure I can find the strength to train and run this 10k to stand by and support them. Thank you for your donation xx

Brain cancer
Each year in the UK, more than 9,400 people are diagnosed with tumours that start in the brain or elsewhere in the central nervous system. With more than 100 different types of brain tumour, donations can help Cancer Research UK find out what causes them and develop better treatments to improve the outlook for patients.
