Hayley & Lily’s Race for Life

We’re raising money and taking part in the 10k race for life in memory of our dear grandad who unfortunately passed away on Friday March 30th 2018. Our grandad was only diagnosed with cancer 5 weeks previous, the doctors told the family grandad only had days to live and my grandad beat the drs assumptions and went on to battle through for a couple more weeks at which the drs could not believe the strength he had. Grandads passing has left a huge gaping hole in our family, you never, ever imagine the people you love and care for most will ever go through something like this. He was the strongest person we’ve ever known and fought his way through till the end still with a smile on his face knowing his prognosis and how aggressive the cancer had become, he was full of courage and he was the most selfless person we’ve ever come across and for this he is such a big inspiration to our family, our hero. We love & miss you so much gramps, thank you for each & every memory.
