My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Those that knew my mom will have known what a light she was in whatever room she was in. Although her health was never on her side she remained selfless and caring to everyone around her. Pushing through surgery and radiotherapy whilst battling her other issues was something my mom ‘just got on with’ to quote her directly. She didn’t let any of her heath issues define her, she took the good with the bad daily and often with a smile on her face. Whilst breast cancer wasn’t a main factor that lead to her being reunited with my dad she would be glad that I was doing this in her name. I will be running (likely walking most) of this 10k in her memory to raise some money for a great cause and doing it alongside great friends that have seen how much my mom means to me ♥️
