My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. As most of you will know, we recently lost Mum to cancer. Mum had less than a month between diagnosis and passing, and us children only found out a week before she passed, as she didn't want to, quote, "ruin our Christmas." Mum was a trooper and never wanted to be a burden to anyone, but because of this none of us had the chance to say a proper goodbye. Mum has left behind 8 kids as well many other loved ones, and I can speak for all of us in saying her passing so young has left a massive hole in all of our lives I am however, determined to continue her legacy by trying to help others by not only supporting Cancer Research, but by really stressing the importance of early diagnosis. If mum had received an earlier diagnosis, things may have been different for us, and I don't want others to experience the same. I cant stress enough, please, please if anything doesn't feel right, get it checked out! You won't be wasting anyone's time, and it just could save your life!
