my motivation is to show how easy it can be to get up an actually make a difference
on the month of December 2018, i had the unfortunate news that my mother had a form of thyroid Cancer. my mother has been battling cancer for just under 5 months now and due to the unbelievable help from McMillan the NHS and the great support cancer research gets from people like us she is now up and about enjoying the sun. now closing to the end of her treatment she is full of life again slowly but surely and is finally eating and seeming more and more like my mum again.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
