My Story
When I was just 8 years old, cancer took my best friend to Heaven, who was my wonderful Granny. Since then, I have known how awful cancer is and how it can cause so much heartbreak. So, this is the third time I will be doing the Race for Life and determined to take it seriously this time! Training, fundraising & helping to beat cancer! I would be grateful for any penny donated, it all contributes and that penny could be the difference between life & death. I am running for those who have suffered, are suffering and will suffer due to Cancer.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
