I'm taking on Sweatember to raise money for Cancer Research UK, please support me.

This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. This is going to be a really tough challenge for me, I am hoping through doing this I can bring positivity and hope, that even with life limiting conditions you can be strong and do as much as you can. You can help by following my progress and sponsoring me.

So hit a bump in the road this week... I got sick! ☹️ I’ve had some sort of virus, when I get ill my body tends not to work. I have however tried very hard to do at least something everyday, that may have been just a short walk round the field, but that a couple of days that was my limit. I’m feeling a lot better today so I’m hoping to finish strong 💪🏾 💜
