Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Using the race to do good, and be good, I’m hoping to train over the upcoming months to be able to run the race from start to finish! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
