Cancer is happening right now and, regrettably, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with some form of cancer in their lifetime. Many of us already know a close relative or friend who is currently going through treatment. We want to do our bit to support Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work. This is why my fellow rowing crew member Victoria and I are taking part in a 5K ‘Race for Life Pretty Muddy’ obstacle course to raise money, awareness and help save lives. If you are able to, we’d be really grateful if you’d be kind enough to sponsor us; it’s not the size of the donation but the fact that you are supporting us that will mean the most. Thank you.
