I forced myself to start the NHS Couch to 5k programme in January, and I'm about to graduate! (who would've thought it, right?!)
Apart from resembling a wobbly, sweaty, beetroot lump, I'm actually doing it, and working up to 5k! Mental!
So please sponsor me! This is the most bloomin exercise I've done in my life, and if I can raise a few quid in the process, that'd be smashing.
26.2 miles in a month, and a target of £262 (because my OCD dictates it)
