My motivation comes from thinking of the amazing people that we have lost to this horrible disease
In memory of
Margaret Mann
Firstly I would like to thank you for looking at my page as I'm assuming if you've taken the time to look you're going to donate :) No matter how big or small I am truly grateful for all your support in our effort to raise money for Cancer Research. Without this amazing research my lovely Dad might not be here today. Secondly I would like to confirm I am actually going to do this! Neil's face was a picture when I told him as I normally moan about walking up the road let alone for 13 miles!!! But, when I was asked by a special someone I couldn't refuse. I'll be walking in honour of a very special lady, Mags, who was taken from us recently all too early in her life. Such an amazing woman and a massive part of our family. Stayed strong and battled so bravely always happy and smiling. We miss that beautiful smile but are thankful for the lovely memories. Always in our hearts. Now I'm sure Mags covered 13 miles easily on her shopping trips up and down Bond Street or walking round Harrods so I'll be keeping that thought in mind to help me on my way. I am sure we are no exception when I say our family have been affected by this horrible disease on many occasions and the heartbreak it causes knows no bounds. I can't go any further without mentioning my amazing Aunt Terry who we lost 6 years ago to ovarian cancer. Such an inspirational lady who I think about and miss every day. We all have someone we have lost or someone who is bravely battling this disease and this is my small way of trying to do something to help. Hopefully, we can come together to raise money for research which might save someone having to face the same heartbreak in the future. Thank you xxx
