Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be completing HIIT workouts in January to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. It’s been a while since I’ve raised money for this charity, and it’s also been a while since I’ve dedicated time to regular exercise (!) so please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. As most of you know, 5 years ago my life was turned upside down when I was hit with breast cancer. I’ll never forget how lucky I am to still be alive today, and my heart breaks for the loved ones we have tragically lost, or are currently going through treatment. I’d like to do my bit to show my gratitude for all the amazing research this charity does, and to thank them for saving my life.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
