In memory of
My Grandad and Nana
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to run 60 miles in September to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I will be running these 60 Miles in memory of my Nana who had her battle with breast cancer and sadly passed away from it at such a young age. I was never able to meet my Nana but from all the stories I have heard, she is an incredible woman and if I turn out anything like the person she was I will deem myself as successful. I will also be running in Memory of my Grandad who had to battle lung cancer for many years who again sadly passed away January 2013. As retired Lt.Cmdr of the Royal Navy. Not only did he dedicate his whole life to his family and aswell to the sea cadet core. He was a gentle, loving and funny man and no matter what he was going through he was always make sure you had a smile on your face. I wish he was still around to see the person I have become from the little girl he knew. I hope I am always making them proud and will continue to do so. Let’s try raise as much money as possible so no family has to go through a loss or battle through Cancer. Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
