My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. I know many people who have been directly affected by or lost their loved ones to cancer. By raising funds and completing Pretty Muddy, I am supporting Cancer Research to help find a cure for cancer and to improve the lives of future and current cancer patients. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
