I'm raising money and taking part in the 5k for my best friend Tasha who has Hogkins Lymphoma.
My Story
I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money for my best friend Tasha who has Hogkins Lymphoma. She is one of my oldest friends who I am very close with. My grandad has also had bladder cancer on and off for many years, therefore the reasons for doing this are very close to my heart. Tasha has been so postive and strong during her treatement which is still on going. I admire her positivity and stength to make the best of an awful situation and organize fun events like this. I also work with Oncology patients which spurs me on to keep raising money so the center I work for can do research and carry on buying the best scanners to provide the highest quality images to treat cancer sooner. Please donate whatever you can to this important cause.
