Every year I take up this challenge and every year the list of people I know and love who are affected by this dreadful disease gets longer and longer. From my wonderful grandma through to amazing work colleagues, I have lost some really wonderful people, hence the reason every year I take part, this is the small part I can play in an attempt to make a difference.
