My Story
It has been over 10 years since I last completed the race for life, so it is time to get back into it and start raising money for this wonderful cause once again. We all know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer so if we can raise some money to help with research and save lives then lets do it! Who knows how many lives we can save in the future by raising money for Cancer Research. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
