Gaynor Timms, my wonderful Mum
My Story
It’s been five years since I lost my wonderful mum to cancer. She was fine one day, had pain another day and within six weeks was gone before we had even come to terms with the fact that she had cancer. She didn’t even have time to start any treatment. There’s a massive hole in our lives and we miss her every day. I’m going to try and run the 5k.. I’ve never done a proper race before but I’m hoping I’ll be spurred on by the other people running in memory or support of their loved ones. If you would like to sponsor me and help Cancer Research beat cancer, or even give people a little bit more time with their families, I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.
