I’m taking part in The Great Golf Challenge for Cancer Research UK.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I am endeavouring to raise some funds for what everyone knows is a fantastic cause. The date has been set for 72 holes of golf. It will be on the 9th of August 2019 and St Michael's golf course have very kindly donated the 4 rounds for 4 of us, which is a fantastic gesture. If you are reading this I guarantee that Cancer has affected your life in some way and someone that you know. It's been pretty prominent throughout my life, with many family and friends having suffered. I have raised money for Cancer charity's before and with my poor wee Mammy having an unfortunate diagnosis at the start of the summer plenty reason to get back to it. It shouldn't take a diagnosis to get you motivated but it certainly does the job. Let's raise some money folks. Thanks.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
