Most of our friends and family will be aware that on 22nd September 2018 our world came crashing down around us when my step dad was diagnosed with the devastating news that he had aggressive kidney cancer! After an horrendous month in and out of hospital he had a nephrectomy (full kidney removal) after which he was told that he had won this battle and am pleased to say still currently in remission. It`s an ongoing battle with regular check-ups/hospital appointments and consultations. So I want to raise as much awareness & money for this incredible charity that helps and supports so many people through the most horrific times of their lives. Too many people around me are being diagnosed with Cancer. We need to stick together and kick Cancers ass.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
