My Story

I’m taking on the Three Peaks Challenge for Miss Great Britain because my life has been shaped by overcoming mountains of my own. As a survivor of sexual abuse and cancer, I know firsthand what it means to face challenges that feel impossible—and to keep going anyway. Climbing these peaks is more than a physical test for me; it’s a symbol of resilience, strength, and hope. Through fostering 16 children, I’ve made it my mission to show young people that no matter where they come from or what they’ve been through, they can rise above it. We all have mountains to climb. This challenge is mine—and I’m doing it to inspire others to keep climbing theirs. The Miss Great Britain Organisation have raised over £330,000 for Cancer Research UK in 6 incredible fundraising years. In 2025 alone they raised almost £90,000. Not only this, the finalists have shared vital awareness on different cancer types and been advocates for screening and campaigning for change. Together we are funding life saving research and helping women and men across the UK be even more cancer aware.
