My Story
A challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK, for motorcyclists on cheap and inappropriate motorcycles to ride from Land’s End to John O'Groats in 24hrs on the longest day of the year. Bikes must have been bought for no more than £600! We probably all know someone who has been effected by Cancer and there are many who could be in the future. This fundraiser has raised significant funds and still is, so let us all make a difference. The Suzuki I am using was bought for £300 and had not run for four or more years. After 100’s of hours replacing everything rubber, remove the rust from petrol tank, refurbish the fuel system, brakes and electrical part’s “it” is now “she”. The three bikes in the photo are all £300 bikes bought for this event. So far these bikes have help raise over £4000 and is going up.
