We're taking part in Race for Life Schools to raise money to beat cancer sooner

Written by the Year 6 Fundraising team:

Your children are incredible. They`re the fearless fundraisers and superstar supporters. They are the generation that will see cancer cures in their lifetime. And it all starts here… with Year 6’s Race for Life event. We’re going to teach cancer that we are stronger than it is!

The reality is that one in three of us will be diagnosed with cancer in our lifetime. In fact, in our school already, there are many children who have already been affected. Last year 2600 schools raised over 1.5 million and we want to help raise even more to help fund lifesaving research so Year 6 will be doing a sponsored run around our school grounds.

Thank you for your support: together we can beat cancer
