This year another close friend of mine has had their life turned upside down by the discovery of a lump in her breast and a cancer diagnosis. My friend Sara has just started her course of chemo and it's really hit home how no one is exempt from cancer. You always think it won't be you or your family or your friends, well shit got real and it is my friends, it is my family and one day it could be me.
