Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 20,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Because I have Sickle Cell Disorder, and Kikuchies Disease, I knew this challenge would really challenge me, and that I’d hurt, maybe even cry a little. But without Cancer research, medical interventions which have enabled me to thrive would not have existed, so I wanted to try to give back. I may not always be able to manage the maximum amount of daily steps, as my health does have limitations, but I will try my best to do as many as I can, and raise what I can to help support others, like they have supported me. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
