Any of you who know me will know that running is definitely not something that comes naturally, along with most other exercise. However, after downloading the couch to 5k app, I decided (on a bit of a whim) to sign up to do a race for life and forced Jenna to do it with me! I will be attempting to run the whole thing after months of forcing myself to go on runs. I know it's not exactly a marathon, but this will be a big achievement for me! Cancer is something that will affect most of us, as 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
